The office personal is very polite, the problem I have is the last two times I have requested a pick up they were quite late from the requested and acknowledged. This has created problems for me.
Will be exploring a different rental company if this trend continues.
I would not recommend this particular office due to a lady named NATALIE in the rental department. She made a false report that I was belligerent and she had to “call the cops” on me. I find that quite funny because I was there all of five minutes after I found out I was at the wrong location and was directed to the correct one. In all honesty I felt like it was racial discrimination for her to lie and put me on the Do Not Rent list. I found this out when I drove allllll the way to a different location and was presented with this surprising news. I attempted to call this location to speak to a manager several times as I was quite bewildered only for NATALIE to put me on hold on purpose for ten minutes so that I wouldn’t be able to speak to anyone. When I called the 4th time she answered and then hung up. Thank goodness the guys here and the Neiman road location vouched for me and said that was definitely not the case, and removed the false notes. If they can get rid of NATALIE the racist, this would be a great location. I’m following up with the discrimination department as well on this matter. I can’t believe I was treated this way.
Representative was not attentive to our needs, during our experience. The reason I am writing this review is because after returning our vehicle we relize that we had left some documents in the rental car that were very important. One of the Consultant state that they would try to see if they can find them, but have not heard back from them.
I booked my rental online. They let book it to pick up at 6pm. But when they called me to confirm they informed me that no one would be there at that time because that was the time they close. So I left work early to get the car only to find out you can't leave your car here. I didn't know that and then ended up having to get the rental and leave it there then go home and wait until my husband could drop me off to pick up my car. Added an extra hour of driving to my day which sucked. Actual pick up and drop off was fine. The vehicle was in good condition.

terrible experience.. took them over an hour to let me know that they dont have a car available for me.. kept telling me they were getting a car ready for me.. never again will use Enterprise #liars
