I have rented with AVIS for a year now off and on for trips and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have always found the prices to be respectable, the staff and customer service has always been wonderful, and the cars have always been real nice. I would highly recommend their services to friends and family.
Avis is a very nice rental service but the Arabic man who works there has a very arrogant attitude. Seems to think he owns the entire company.
Notified 20 minutes prior to my reservation that they had no cars available. "Doing everything available" was to tell me to wait until later in the day and then get a car. I had to suggest the option of procuring a car from another Avis and having it brought to this location. After 10 minutes on hold, he said that they had cars available and that I could just go there. I asked if it could be brought to this Avis and he said "they won't do that if we're the ones making profit". In an uber to the further location now and 10 minutes past when I needed to be on the road. This Avis won't be making a profit from me or others with this lack of customer service.
Sumer was great. Got us in and out.
Rented a 12 passenger van it was nice it got us here and back
