Being open 24 hours is a definite plus. Can't really think of any complaints about the actual store or service.
The service is pretty good. Only once did I end up having to wait over 30 min and even then they refunded my meal because I had to wait so long and where very nice about it. Otherwise the speed of service is average. We are dealing with humans so you can't expect it to be done instantly.
They have a great crew on Johnson Drive. Polite, friendly, and efficient. Place is always clean and well stocked. I stop in frequently on my way to work. The people who work there make the difference
The inside is well lit and kept clean. It's usually not crowded in there, at least when I go. So there's not much noise to bother and sometimes they have the radio on and you can listen to the music.
The servers are all very nice and can tell you what all each menu item comes with and they are good at taking custom orders as well. They have Pop and other dispensers located right at the end of where you place orders and is kept clean save for the occasional ketchup spill but that's to be expected in a fast food place.
The main problem I have is with the automated order kiosk at the entrance. half the time it isn't even working. Whats the point in having it if it doesn't work? I know it seems silly but I much prefer to use that to save time on ordering than go to the counter.
The customer service was maybe the best I've had in a fast food drive through. We had to pull around and wait for our food so they have us two tacos while we wait. We were pleasantly surprised at how good they were. The guy that brought our food out had us check our food before he left and was really polite. Both my husband's burger and my chicken sandwich were really good!
Good place, clean and quietJack In The Box has some good food and lots of good food. The store is a bit tricky to get to if you don't know the area but it's in a nice spot right by the new Ikea store.
I should also note I have never had take out or gone through the drive through. all; my experience is for dine in.
This place has gone downhill fast. Their new manager is a lady that got fired from Popeyes down the street. That popeyes used to have insane wait times. Go figure ever since this new manager this place has insane wait times. The customer service is horrible, every single time I order something is screwed up or missing. ALL of the staff here are extremely ghetto. Something you would expect from 10th and Troost, not downtown Merriam. You have to ask what they are saying 3-4 different times because they almost speak a foreign language.
I freaking love Jack in the Box tacos.! We don't have a jitb in Wichita, but they were on every corner in California. Missed them so much! This place was very clean, the cashier was very well-mannered.Delicious French fries, ultimate cheeseburger, and of course the tacos!
