Since the store in shawnee mission ks closed I have been to this store a few times. This store is ALWAYS trashed!! I had purchased a few shirts a month or so after the "90 day" warranty that I wasn't aware of and they wouldn't return them. Honestly I would have taken store credit. I also planned on shopping the same day but the way Deb lectured me about the return policy was rediculous and un-necessary! If she would have been nice I would have understood but I will not be shopping at Old Navy anymore due to the way I was takes down to by Deb the receptionist. This is not the way to treat customers!

There are not many items to choose from and the staff seemed really upset or mad.
