I had an issue today and it was resolved instantly.
DO NOT GO HERE - just got my brand new car and went to wash it for the first time at this car wash and came out with scratches all over my vehicle that I know for a fact weren't there before. Absolutely insane. Looking into getting my money back, but please don't waste your money here.
Pretty good car wash, drive through is excellent. Free self service vacuuming. They also offer services like washing, vacuuming waxing for you. Save money by buying a monthly pass. Don't buy the lowest price wash unless your car needs just a quick clean. I usually buy the $10-12 wash for a nice shine, clean wheels and tires.
Excellent and well maintained car wash and vacuum bays. Employees are professional in appearance, demeanor, and very friendly. I had a less than desirable full service wash one time out of countless washes - I mentioned this casually as I planned on just leaving but they immediately addressed my complaint and insisted I leave as a happy returning customer. A+ in my book.
John Belfonte called me and was extremely professional about the situation. One thing I've taken from this is that they care about their company and employees and their customers. Miscommunication between me and employee and I was upset about the situation. Thank John for calling and speaking with me. As well as David with the email. Most companies won't respond as quickly as they did and try to resolve the issue. Hats off guys. Thanks
Probably the best drive through car wash in town. Very powerful self-service vacuum. I highly recommend the “premier wash” which is $15.
